I am really not happy with the changes you just made in
seaice_readparms.F

Last time you put the MNC in seaice pkg, I had to fix it,
because it was not working.
I put thoses lines in seaice_readparms.F to avoid wird things
(so that one can use the part that was working).
You now remove thoses line, apparently without testing it,
because I can tell, it's not work properly !
