OK, I've turned off enscript for the CVS viewer since recent versions of
it tend to get confused by our odd-ish combination of CPP-traditional
and Fortran.  So the color-ization is gone but the code is all viewable.

ps - If you want color-ized code, emacs has done a nice job on
     every bit of MITgcm that I've thrown at it.
