Chris, my mistake then.  I had not noticed variable exch2_tProc.  Can we
leave W2_mpi_myTileList as is for time being, even though it is redundant.  
It's part of some pretty hairy indexing gymnastics in pkg/mdsio and it could 
take better part of a day to replace and check.
