Hi All,

Not sure why this is being dicussed or if the comment below will help, but
there are two thing to note:

 1 - exch2_tProc gives the rank of the process owning each tile (on
everyone)

 2 - the setting of W2_mpi_myTileList (in w2_eeboot.F) seems to use MPI
sends
     and receives even though its just a reverse lookup on exch2_tProc which
is
     already set. This sending and receiving isn't needed. Althoug we may do
     something like this when we abandon the functional relationship between
     processor rank and tile number.
