[MITgcm-devel] obcs_external_fields_load and OBCS exchanges

Hi Patrick,
this morning I wrote an obcs_external_fields_load that is called from 
obcs_prescribe_read ifndef ALLOW_EXF. Writing was fast, testing maybe 
not, that's why I ask now: Will anybody be interested or do all people 
who use obcs use exf as well?

Also: In obcs_init_variables, obcs_calc and then obcs_apply_uv/ts are 
called. Don't we need an obcs_prescribe_exchanges afterwards?
