[MITgcm-devel] more mixing

Hi,
I have coded up two more mixing schemes, that I could include into the 
repository:

TKE-scheme (by Gaspar-etal1990, similar to the implementation in OPA)
OPPS (by Paluszkiewicz+Romea1997, similar to implementation into POP by 
Skyllingstad)

OPPS is more or less the original code with some modifications by my to 
make it work in the MITgcm. This mean that the core code is ugly (lots 
of GOTO's etc.), and I haven't sorted that out, yet. I think it's still 
worth having and I'll definitely work on it soon in order to include 
passive tracer support (not done yet).

Any objections?
