Hello Ed,
I look to the new document on-line, it looks strange to me.
I realised also that I did some modifications in the manual.tex
that break the html version.
(e.g., section 2.3, part of equation 2.20 is lost).
The purpose of my modification was to get a better
lay-out of the printed document, with the end of the
equation not over-written but the equation number.
However, the html document has much longer line (so this
modification is not needed) and assume that a set of eq.
is vertically align on the "=" sign. I put 1 eq align
on the "+" sign, and this cause the problem.
I have a suggestion: Why don't we increase the width of the
printed (latex) version so that the first problem will
disapear (end of equation over-written).
Jean-Michel
