[MITgcm-devel] mnc & mdsio

I'd prefer to have the ability to do mdsio and mnc in the same run if I
want it for now e.g.

 timeAveMNC   = .TRUE.
 timeAVEMDSIO = .TRUE. 

 etc....

Or is that too hard to do? That way people can just turn on mnc and then
migrate to using its output as they find time.
