[MITgcm-devel] new tag

Hi folks,

Its been a while since we've done a tag.  And since JMC and I are about
to create one (and are waiting for a testreport run to finish), could
everyone please refrain from checking things in for an hour?

We'll send an email as soon as the tag is done.
