[MITgcm-devel] useMNC not in PARAMS.h ?

ok - just to add my 2 cents - it seems rather clear that
the mnc flag needs to be in PARAMS.h (and data.pkg) - i 
can see how or why it was not put there to start with, 
but (ed??) is there a problem with doing this, ie, bringing 
this package in line with the standard way a package is 
implemented? either way, maybe it would be a good idea to
talk about this and other similar issues at the doc meeting
next week....
