[MITgcm-devel] Segmentation fault

Hello Ed,

If you have a chance to look at the code, we currently have 2 experiments
that fail on faulks, and the reason has something to do with mnc
(I turned off useMNC and both run fine, and pass at 16 digits of accuracy)

also, with useMNC=.TRUE., when I do (either in dic_example or lab_sea)
> eaps-dhcp-127{build}% mitgcmuv > std_outp
I get:
Segmentation fault

but when I use testreport, the message "Segmentation fault" does not
appear anywhere. I was expecting to find it in "run.log", but instead I
only get this:
> running ... make: *** [output.txt] Error 139

Do you think it could be possible to change testreport so that the error
message "Segmentation fault" appears in run.log ?

Thanks,

Jean-Michel
