[MITgcm-devel] useMNC

Currently the flag useMNC=.TRUE. is in data.mnc which is a little
conflicted.

We can't put the line in data.packages because of the initialization order -
is that correct?

Are we agreed that this can (and should) go in eedata? I've created a
useMDSIO that will go there too. Any other environment-package flags that
should go there?
