[MITgcm-devel] designating "private" sections within the manual

Hi folks,

As discussed in today's meeting:

  http://mitgcm.org/R2wiki/MeetingNotes20040331

we now have the ability to easily designate PRIVATE sections within the
manual.  The method is described both within the manual/manual.tex
comments (near the top) and in our wiki at:

  http://mitgcm.org/R2wiki/DocFormatting

So if you want some of your parts of the manual to be private, then
please mark them as such.
