[MITgcm-devel] testreport & exp broken

Hi,

Downloaded a fresh version, run testreport (on my laptop),
and most experiment failed (netcdf.inc not found).

Then try to run testreport again, but get stuck to the 
1rst "make CLEAN" (don't know why it ask for a confirmation
for:
rm: remove symbolic link `./mnc_cw_write_grid_info.F'?
rm: remove symbolic link `./ini_mnc_io.F'?
)

I have a fix for the 1rst problem:
The good news is that I have a fix (in case you run into the same Problem):
just edit file: pkg/pkg_groups
and remove "mnc" from the line:
gfd : mom_fluxform mom_vecinv generic_advdiff debug mdsio rw mnc monitor 

but for the 2nd one, the only solution that I can see is to move
ini_mnc_io.F from model/src to pkg/mnc ?
