Rename /usr/local/gcmpack to /usr/local/gcmpack.nolonger
Link /u/u0/gcmpack to /u/u2/gcmpack
Link /usr/local/gcmpack to /u/u2/gcmpack
Make sure all other links point there also

No need for any scripts or more confusion - someone still needs to figure
out how to merge the missing changes...
