Woah that's really bad!

 - we shouldn't have two copies of gcmpack
 - why isn't there a link from u0/gcmpack to wherever it now resides
 - please rename /u/u0/gcmpack to something different
 - I presume you are looking to see if there are any recent files in
u0/gcmpack incase JMC's comment rings true

No.

The problem is that /u/u0/gcmpack is out of date.  The correct path is
/u/gcmpack.  You probably need to either run the script again since it looks
like you missed some of the directories (CVS/Root entries).  Or you need to
check that your CVSROOT is correct.
