[MITgcm-devel] .cvsignore and *.nc

Good news: We can add *.nc to .cvsignore and CVS does still work properly on
any *.nc files that are checked into the repository.  It just means that
when you create a new experiment from scratch, CVS update will not list *.nc
files with a "?" until you check them in. An small inconvenience...
