Ed,

In docs.html, the API Reference Manual simply points to sealion and the
code-browser link is broken.

Can you make a link to the MITgcm User Manual from the front page side bar -
most visitors need that documentation and not the others. I suggest two
links: "User Manual" for the manual and "Other Docs" for the docs.html page.
