I did check that and presumed that numdiags=25 would be enough to contain 2
x 10 levels of diagnostic but evidently not because changing it to 50 works.

hi alistair,
you probably have to increase the size of the diagnostics array, in
diagnostics_SIZE.h -- in the output.txt there is a sequence that tells you
what it is doing - you should see something like 'allocating...' some amount
of space ... 'for diagnostic'.... and then something like 'not enough space
to allocate' the other one. is this what is going on?
