I may have found a possible cause for mysterious crashes
near cube-face edges as viscosity is decreased.  I think
there is a problem with grid definition both for the
32x32x6 case as well as for the hi-res case.

Shouldn't DXC(1,:,:) equal DXC(cx,:,:) ?
The grid as defined now has DXC(1,:,:) < DXC(cx,:,:)
(see attached figure fro 32x32x6 case).

Conversely, shouldn't DXG(1,:,:) < DXG(cx,:,:) ?
The grid as defined now has DXG(1,:,:) = DXG(cx,:,:)

Please confirm whether this is an issue or not.
