[MITgcm-devel] ini_spherical_polar_grid

Does anyone know why rAs and rAz are set to same value by 
ini_spherical_polar_grid.F?  Isn't rAz supposed to be centered about 
SouthWest corner of grid, as opposed to South face for  rAs?
Does it matter?
