Again, you're right.  I just checked in:
     _RS rtmp(sNx + 2*OLx + sNy + 2*OLy + Nr)

Now you're 3-for-3 and I'm 0-and-3.  Darn!  ;-)

I just added 'Xwh' and 'Ywh' so this now works completely for the case
of aligned coordinates.  For the non-aligned coords (eg. cubesphere)
case we get analogous output but its just not terribly helpful in its
current form.  I'll work on it...
