[MITgcm-devel] dic/cfc_example

Steph,

it's really strange but both dic_example and cfc_example fail in the 
ptracers part (NOT in the dynamics part ) on MPI parallel machines if 
g77 is NOT used (see html://mitgcm.org/testing.html):
linux_ia32_ifc/pgf77+mpi_cg01
linux_ia32_ifc+mpi_itrda
They are fine for g77+mpi. For testreport all optimization is turned 
off, and I am really puzzled that the differences are so large (only 
for ptracers). I checked and the fields themselves look OK. Do you have 
any idea, what this could be (or am I chasing after a ghost, after all 
other example break even in the dynamic part)?
