Dimitris,

 This will be yet another thing we can work on when you're here next
week. 

 We are in the thick of formally defining (and writing down) various
component, sub-compnent, sub-sub-components in terms of their interfaces
and how they are composed into an algorithm. It would be good to get
your input on this next week.
