[MITgcm-devel] checkpoint51m_post

Hi Patrick,

I just did "checkpoint51m_post" and it now includes the following
genmake2 options:

  -taf_extra='...'
  -tamc_extra='...'

which can be used to add flags to the Makefile for TAF and TAMC.  Please
let me know if (or when?!?) you find any errors.
