Global_ocean.cs32x15 is broken since you last change in there. Running on
faulks with

 faulks% cvs update -D "1 Dec 2003" global_ocean.cs32x15
 U global_ocean.cs32x15/code/GMREDI_OPTIONS.h
 U global_ocean.cs32x15/results/output.txt
 U global_ocean.cs32x15/results/output_thsice.txt

passes testreport but

 faulks% cvs update -A global_ocean.cs32x15

doesn't. I think you forgot to check something in. Please fix.
