Hi Ed,

 I got a NAG setup that works but there are quite a few code chages as well
as compiler options.

 It is in cg01:~cnh/src/MITgcm_HEAD_091203

 The code diffs are in a file nagdiffs

 The compiler options and -U settings for some system things (SYSTEM,
HAVE_FDATE, HAVE_CLOC) are in Makefile.nag

 Both are at top level of cg01:~cnh/src/MITgcm_HEAD_091203

 The only exp I tried is global_ocean.90x40x15
