[MITgcm-devel] new "genmake2"

Hi Chris & Jean-Michel,

I just checked in "genmake2" and "testscript2" and they now pass all the
verification tests when used with checkpoint 51 and run on faulks:

Also, when using the current (as of this morning) cvs tree on faulks,
testscript2 and testscript produce exactly the same results---both pass
all the verification tests *except* lab_sea where they fail with exactly
the same output.
