o latest changes:
  - remove alternative version of cg2d (with LOOP=iteration directive),
    because it was almost the same as the first, instead
  - include changes necessary for LOOP=iteration directive into first
    version of cg2d by CPP-flags (still does not work but ...)
  - leave "original" version in the file, switch between or version
    and original version by CPP-flags (beginning of file)
  - write to standardMessageUnit instead of '*'
