Does anyone have the equations that are being output by the <code>pkg/layers</code> for the thermodynamic variables? Do these work?</div>

For instance, the diagnostics are things like <code>LaTz</code>, which is <code>
Layer thickness tendency due to THETA vert. diff.</code> This is output on <code>
Nlayers-1</code> levels. Similarly, the other tendencies (`LTha` , <code>LTza</code>) are on Nlayers-1. </div>

That doesn’t make sense to me - I’d have thought this would be measured for each layer. </div>

I also cannot see where the package picks up the diffusive fluxes at the layer boundaries, but perhaps I have not tried hard enough.</div>
