I am a new user of MITgcm, and is very interested in developing my own model with MITgcm. I have a basic knowledge on how to build a model covering the domain denoted by the red box (attached), however, I do not know how to build a model like the yellow dash

 box. For the yellow dash box, the open boundaries are inclined, which confused me on how to set the open boundary conditions, ect.</div>
