<p>I am running a simple ocean model with smag viscosity turned on, all the other viscosity is set to be 0. A quick question, anyway I can look at the dissipation due to the smag viscosity? I did not find any output smag files and I am hoping the mitgcm calculate

 this dissipation automatically so I dont need to any post processing.</p>
