<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">Is it possible to specify initial conditions for sea ice velocities, like you can for other sea ice variables? I can't see anything obvious, but maybe it is tucked away somewhere. </p>

<p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0">If this feature doesn't exist, I would like to add it, but don't want to duplicate effort if anyone else is working on the same thing.</p>
