<div>I would like to force the MITgcm with a forcing different than JRA25. Instead of having one file per field per year, I have one file per day per field. Also, since the JRA25 files are in binary format, it is hard to know what is the format inside.

<div>Is there an option to easily have the code read a different file format, or are there some codes to put the forcing in the right format?</div>
