[MITgcm-support] Compiling Problems

Hi Haoran,
I don't see the attachment, maybe because you didn't CC my email in your
reply and just emailed the mailing list.
I am almost starting to get out of my depth here, so I have CC'ed Laurent
Hascoet, lead developer and maintainer of Tapenade. Here's what he
recommended me to do:
Add these flags in the tapenade compilation command in tools/genmake2
"-tracelevel XX -traceparser", try XX=15 and XX=20.
This should indicate at which stage it stalls. It should also show you a
line starting with
"PARSING COMMAND=" which is the actual call to the fortranParser.
The log file might help us narrow down the issue.
