Hi,
I have ETAN and ETAH in my pickup file. Which variable should I update in
the pickup file when I assimilate satellite altimeter SSHA observations? Is
it ETAN or ETAH or both?

BTW, I have already adjusted the SSHA observations for mean dynamic
topographies (MDT). And, with a revised OBCs scheme, time variations of
domain average ETA are taken care by adding a constant of integration,
following the explanation at (
http://mailman.mitgcm.org/pipermail/mitgcm-support/2013-April/008293.html).

Thanks in advance.
