[MITgcm-support] Error from the ECCOv4 Setup with NetCDF Enabled

Hi Yohei,

I am wondering whether the community working on ECCOv4 use NetCDF package (or just convert binary
output to NetCDF, post-processing).

I am pretty sure it’s that latter, that is, output binary then convert to netcdf afterwards, i.e., useMNC is false:

If you set debugMode to .TRUE. in eedata, this will flush the STDOUT file unit after each print statement:
