There is, thanks to Oliver Jahn, who call the JPL SPICE library to compute and apply tidal potential.

Thanks! I was looking for tides in a global domain. It seems there is no explicit representation of tides (in terms of tidal potential forcing) for global or regional domains if I am correct.
