[MITgcm-support] internal wave problem

Dear MITgcm Users and Developers,


I was working on an internal wave simulation ,and I noticed the upper layer temperature was dropping,I konw applying relax boundary condition or forcing may solve this problem.ButI want to know how to stop the transfer of temperature into the atmosphere.The picture is attached.
