[MITgcm-support] customize spherical plar coordinates

There are no automated scripts that I know of. You manually change the ‘data’ file and input binaries. The data file points to the input binaries by giving their filenames. 

Grid spacing is changed in ‘data’, not in pkg/sphere. 

(An exception is that the EXF package interpolates, but I don’t think that is what you are asking about.)
