Hi Haoran,
We made some updates to this setup in the last week to make it compatible
with the latest version of the Darwin3 pkg, so please download the latest
version from Github if you have not done so already.
Also note that this is a test setup that we have been using for in-house
development.
You can email me directly if you need more help running this simulation.
Best,
Dustin

Dear all,
Hope everything goes well.I've been using the ECCO-Darwin model and
running the 3 degree verification experiment with Darwin3 in
ecco-darwin/v05 .I was following the instructions in the readme.txt
and an error occured in the compilation:
darwin_cons.f(4392): error #6404: This name does not have a type, and
must have an explicit type. [DARWIN_PARTSCAV]
tmptotscavFe=tmptotScavFe+DARWIN_partScav(i,j,k,bi,bj)*vol
------------------------------------^
darwin_cons.f(4393): error #6404: This name does not have a type, and
must have an explicit type. [DARWIN_MINFELOSS]
tmpminFeLoss=tmpminFeLoss+DARWIN_minFeLoss(i,j,k,bi,bj)*vol
------------------------------------^
darwin_cons.f(4403): error #6404: This name does not have a type, and
must have an explicit type. [IRONSEDFLUX]
tmpsedflxFe=tmpsedflxFe+ironSedFlux(i,j,bi,bj)*area
I noticed that these three names were not defined in
ecco_darwin\v05\llc270\code_darwin\DARWIN_FIELDS. h. Do I need to
define them or there is something I missed? Thanks in advance for any
help.
