[MITgcm-support] model grid output

Hello!

The subroutine WRITE_GRID is called from the s/r INITIALISE_FIXED only for
the very first iteration (startTime = baseTime = 0.0) or when the flag
debugLevel >= debLevA, so I suggest to check this flag in your
configuration in the main data file (nml PARM01).
