[MITgcm-support] Time series of zonal and meridional barotropic velocities

Dear Community,
Now, I want to input the time series flow velocity derived from the TPXO model at the boundary, but I compare the flow velocity data at the boundary output from the model run with the flow velocity data I input into TPXO at the boundary, and I find that there is a big difference between the two, and I am not sure what the problem is?
In the picture,the orange line is the boundary output and the red line is the TPXO model velocity data.The x-axis is in hours and the y-axis is in meters.
