[MITgcm-support] Custom CPP_OPTIONS.h ignored

Try "make CLEAN" before “make depend”, to remove old links. After "make depend” this command:
ls -l CPP_OPTIONS.h
should give you 
….. CPP_OPTIONS.h —> ../code/CPP_OPTIONS.h
