Hi Zaher,
You can try the python package xmitgcm (https://github.com/MITgcm/xmitgcm<https://emea01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fgithub.com%2FMITgcm%2Fxmitgcm&data=04%7C01%7C%7C8a895a056c704447bb4f08d90aa34f24%7C84df9e7fe9f640afb435aaaaaaaaaaaa%7C1%7C0%7C637552518798367548%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=dZQEbigdXZKJh56VVUYYzMTN%2Fco3hxjNY9m5Tg5jjpg%3D&reserved=0>). This can load the model output directly into xarray structure that is convenient for plotting.
Best,
Yu-Kun Qian

Hello,
I am a new user of MITgcm. I have been trying to implement the boundary forced internal waves example of the MITgcm Documentation, and I was able to build and run the model without problems, but I find it difficult to visualize the results of the simulation as it is shown in the documentation using Matlab.
Can anyone help with the way to show the results using Matlab or Python?
Thanks in advance!
Zaher
