[MITgcm-support] Regarding MITgcm biogeochemical packages

BLING is described in

and it has evolved a bit since then with options to now include self shading, advection of biomass, and also includes silica
Its a bit more complex than DIC, but less complex than darwin. 
It is adjoint compatible.
