Hi Carlos,
you can also use the s/r gchem_calc_tendency.F, in which you can calculate
gchemTendency as you wish, AND/OR where any call to your own subroutine
(where you define your sources of tracers, constant or not) may be
included. I coupled my own bgc-model into MITgcm in this way. In this case
you need to switch on the packages ptracers and gchem, of course.
