[MITgcm-support] Solution blows up

Thank you for your advice.
1. There is no mismatch between the initial conditions and bathymetry, since I superimpose the bathymetry on the interpolated data, and fill possible zero temperature and salinity
in the ocean with default values, which are 20 and 30, respectively.
2. Could you please explain what you mean by the stability of the interpolated temperature field?
If you mean the temperature field computed on the 1/6 grid, then yes, it manifests severe numerical instabilities too.

1. Check that there are no mismatches between interpolated initial condition values and the bathymetry of the 1/6 grid.

2. Is the interpolated temperature field stable?
