[MITgcm-support] Altering velocities in the heat equations

Dear MITgcm users,

I am doing some research into the influence of flow velocities on temperature.
For this, I need to alter the velocity field in the heat equation.
As far as I understand, there is no standard tool in MITgcm which allows to do it.
Could you direct me to the place in the code where I can start digging? Any clue is very welcome.
