[MITgcm-support] Sea ice thickness exploding & SI velocities not updating

Dear MITgcm experts,

I'm encountering some problems with the sea ice module.
I'm trying to use the adaptive EVP solver but I get the thickness growing
up to hundreds of meters in some places. Also the fields UICE VICE seem not
to change, whenever the wind stress is updated correctly.

I think the growing thickness is a problem of convergence of the ice,
however I can't figure out what am I doing wrong.
Employing the LSR I don't get huge thicknesses and the UVICE are correctly
updated, however the thickness distribution is far from being realistic.

I attach the output for a few months (every tstep is a month averaged
output). The first month has some extrapolated values that I gave where
initial data were missing.
